Where is the store? We are an online store only. The very best way to place an order is to use our online shopping cart

What do I do if I forget my password? If you have forgotten the password for your account simply click the Password Forgotten. Click here link on the Your Account sign in page. You will be required to enter the email address set up on your account to verify your identity and then we will email the password to you. If you do not have access to the email account associated with your account, please contact customer services.

International Shipping: You are responsible for paying all import duty, tax and fees which may be collected by your country when the parcel arrives. If the postal service of your country charges an additional collection fee if you are not at home to receive the parcel, you are also responsible for that. To avoid misunderstanding, we declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. We will neither check the “gift” box nor under declare the value. We do not ship International First Class as there is no delivery confirmation or insurance available. Priority or Express are the only options. Sorry but we have had too many losses.

Do I receive any confirmation once I have placed an order? Yes. Once you have entered details such as your name, delivery address and method of payment, and confirmed your order, we will send an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation is to acknowledge receipt of your order and does not guarantee fulfillment of the order. Please note, all orders are subject to availability.

How will I know my order has shipped? We send an email to you to confirm that your order has shipped. Tracking information is not provided at that time. We ask that you wait a week before contacting us regarding the whereabouts of the package. At that time, we will retrieve the tracking information and determine the shipping status of your package.

Shipping time indicated is United States Postal Service estimates only. We may require a couple extra days to fill the order.

Returns: Please do not return any merchandise until you have e-mailed us for authorization. We do not offer refunds on original shipping expenses. We are proud of the quality of the products we carry and guarantee all of them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All returned items must be in the same condition as when we shipped them. We will not refund for items that have been used, abused, or damaged by careless handling. All items must be returned within 30 days. Delivery confirmation is recommended. Please do not return fishing lures in a soft sided package when that is NOT how you received them. The $98.22 order that was returned from Canada did not arrive very well.

  • Error message received when you try to send order. To do this, highlight the error message and use Control C to copy. Then go to your email to us and use Control V to paste the error message into your note
  • Give us any other information you think might be useful in tracking down your problem.
